What Matters LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the What Matters mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

  • No crash reporting. The App does not include any crash reporting software or services.
  • No advertising. The App does not display advertisements and does not include any advertising SDKs.
  • No tracking. The App does not track you or your device, and does not share any information with third parties for advertising or any other purpose, because no information is collected in the first place.
  • No permissions requested. The App does not request access to any iOS system permissions (such as notifications, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera).

How Your Data Is Stored

All content you create within the App (such as lists, cards, and notes) is stored locally on your device only. This data is not synced to iCloud, transmitted to any server, or accessible to us or any third party.

Because your data never leaves your device:

  • If you delete the App, your data will be permanently deleted along with it.
  • If you switch to a new device or reinstall the App, your existing data will not transfer or be recoverable, since it was never stored anywhere other than your original device.
  • We have no ability to access, view, back up, or recover your data at any time, under any circumstances.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, because the App does not collect any information from any user regardless of age.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with, embed, or share information with any third-party services, SDKs, or platforms.
